Daniela has been working for Heritage Group since 2014, in her role she handles and processes all company billing, payments and expenses. Daniela loves working with numbers which is what led her to this career, she likes that “numbers are exact; there’s no guessing”. In her spare time she enjoys time with family. She has three daughters who are musically inclined; they like to attend the opera together. Daniela also reads Authors Michael Connelly and Kathy Reichs, goes out for dinners, shops, and takes relaxing walks with her 125 pound Italian Mastiff named Mia.
Tammy started working with Heritage Group in 1988. She is responsible for making sure that all company deals are paid out to Realtors. Tammy loves The Toronto Maple Leafs so much that she ‘bleeds white and blue’; she is waiting for the Stanley Cup Parade in July. About eleven years ago she met and had her photo taken with player Wendel Clark. Tammy likes going to Nascar races, concerts, cuddling her dog Tonka, and knitting. About twenty years ago Tammy started knitting an afghan, but hasn’t finished it yet. She plans on doing so when she remembers where she last left it.
Lina has been working with Heritage Group for 14 years, ensuring paperwork on transactions are submitted properly on deals. She has three daughters and enjoys spending time with them very much. Lina is always happy for Spring to arrive, because it’s when her favourite flower the Calla lily is in bloom. Lina dreams of travelling to Italy to see Pisa, the Coliseum and visit family. She also listens to Italian Classical Opera Artist, Andrea Bocelli. Something she simply could not do without, is her morning coffee; she likes coffee so much that she could enjoy a cup with every meal.
Mandy has been working with Heritage Group for over seven years. In her role she processes deal paperwork with attention and accuracy. Mandy enjoys listening to Matchbox Twenty, eating chinese food, and her cats Mishu and Kiko. However, reading is Mandy‘s absolute favourite thing to do, she will read at every possible moment. Mandy will "read just about anything, except romance-like Harlequins for example". Through the course of a year, Mandy reads well over one hundred books. We may have to enter her in the Guinness Book of Word Records for that.
Lisa joined Heritage Group in 2017 with 30 years of experience in the industry. In her role she ensures all paperwork on transactions are submitted properly. Outside of work Lisa enjoys getting family and friends together. Once a year she plans an elaborate, themed party for about 150 guests in her backyard. She once had a ‘Redneck’ themed party with old appliances and hubcaps for decorations and Twinkies for dessert. Lisa is outgoing, her favourite colour is red, she enjoys camping and being outdoors, and has an exotic bird-eating spider as a pet.
Debbie has been working with Heritage Group since 2016, and has a background in service, bookkeeping and management. She is always eager to learn something new, and isn‘t afraid to take risks. Be it skydiving, parasailing, water skiing or riding roller coasters, Debbie jumps into the opportunity to do adventurous things. She is very passionate about travelling. To date, Debbie’s most memorable destination has been to a place called Aitutaki in the Cook Islands for her daughter’s wedding. It is a remote island that you may have a difficult time finding on any map.
Joseph manages the marketing department at Heritage Group. He views design as a problem solving process-with simple and clear creative as the solution. His focused and results driven work ethic has led him to many accolades, including a SABER Canadian campaign of the year nomination for a Hankook Tires marketing campaign. As a self proclaimed ‘foodie’ he enjoys trying different dishes. He hopes to travel the world to dine at Michelin rated restaurants. Joseph also enjoys watching documentaries, technology, and is currently learning his family’s secrets on how to make traditional Korean dishes.
Lisa has been working with Heritage Group since 2011. She manages corporate communications and media for the firm, and trains social media marketing for our Realtors. Lisa loves writing, baking, cake decorating, swimming, yoga and is fixated on having a perfect front lawn. Lisa brings her bubbly and social personality out with her wherever she goes. She likes to attend and participate in various community events, and was once on the front page of the local newspaper for an overwhelming amount of community involvement. Something you may not know about Lisa is that she is always up for a good ghost story, and gets distracted by shiny things.
Tina has been working for Heritage Group for over 25 years. In her current role, she manages all company Administration Staff and trains website building sessions for our Realtors. Tina loves parrots, enjoys photography, and would recommend the restaurant ‘Taj’ in Barrie for Indian cuisine. Growing up she never missed an episode of ‘Bill & Ben’, with her favourite character Little Weed. You may already know that Tina loves her husband Craig very much, however, her obsession with Shemar Moore from Criminal Minds could make her a flight risk to her marriage.
Jennifer has been working with Heritage Group for over 13 years. She is responsible for booking all appointments on properties listed within the company. She also does a lot of ‘behind the scenes’ administrative work for the Richmond Hill office. In her spare time, Jennifer likes to bake, and confesses to using her husband and step son as ‘guinea pigs’. In her family, it is tradition for them to take a drive together to Parry Sound, where they can enjoy the autumn colours; her favourite place to see the changing leaves is 1,000 Islands.
Kim has been working at the front desk in Thornhill with Heritage Group for over 10 years. Orientation and signing up new Realtors is what she enjoys most in her role. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog Hunter; they like to visit Centennial Beach in Barrie together. In her spare time, Kim creatively completes various D.I.Y. projects, and can crochet almost anything. Kim likes Christmas so much that she thinks she could take over the leading role in the movie Elf-”...as Elf himself!” (the female version of course).
Jennifer started working for Heritage Group in 2017. She enjoys interacting with Realtors and is excited to learn more about the real estate industry. Jennifer collects Bath & Body Works candles, loves koalas and would recommend the novel ‘Looking for Alaska’ by John Green. She also enjoys listening to hip hop and pop music, and has a lot of fun attending concerts and music festivals with friends. Jennifer says that if she was ever stranded on a desert island and could only eat one food, she would choose Greek salad -hold the olives, onions and peppers please.
Stephanie has been working with Heritage Group for over six years. Her current position calls on her to provide support to Realtors from the front desk in a variety of areas. Stephanie loves travelling and will jump on board for road trips at any opportunity, cruising to country music. She is a self proclaimed dog lover and often brings her two dogs Nahla and Joker wherever she goes. Outside of work Steph is a Professional Flamingo Flocker, when you see Stephanie at the Newmarket office ask her how you can flock someone today!
Jill has been working with Heritage Group for over 6 years. Jill is very friendly, reliable and always has a smile on her face. She is married with two wonderful children, together they enjoy hiking, swimming and playing board games. In her spare time, Jill likes to bake, make jewellery, and read Stephen King novels. Something you may not know about Jill, is that she is a rock n’ roll music lover; one of her most memorable music moments to date has been seeing Def Leppard live on Budweiser Stage.
Penny has been part of the Heritage Group Firm for over 26 years. She believes that with so many ‘ducky’ (amazing) people in the office, it is a really wonderful environment to work in. Penny likes when spring comes around because it means going up to the cottage and spending time with her grand kids. Come 6:30pm you can find her on the dock, off the lake, watching the sun set, while enjoying sweet wine. Something you may not know about Penny is that she loves Garth Brooks, the movie Robin Hood with Kevin Costner and has always wanted a black Ford Mustang-it’s her dream car.
